About Elevation Wealth Management Ltd

Elevation Wealth Management Ltd is a leading financial services company that provides integrated and specialist financial advice to corporate and private individuals.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Competence Manager to join our team and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and our internal training and competence regime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Competence Management
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and competence scheme that meets regulatory requirements and company standards.
    • Ensure that all employees have the necessary skills, knowledge, and expertise to perform their roles effectively.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training and competence scheme and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements, including the FCA's Training and Competence requirements.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Provide guidance and advice to employees on regulatory matters.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure that employees are meeting their performance objectives.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to improve their performance.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training and competence needs are met.
    • Provide regular updates to management on training and competence initiatives.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • DipFA qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a financial services company.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Arrangements

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including company pension, free parking, and life insurance. The successful candidate will be required to work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends.
