The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent development and a proven track record of success in creating and implementing competency-based management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Competency Framework Development: Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive competency framework tailored to our organization's needs.
- Competency Identification: Identify and define key competencies for various roles and levels within the organization.
- Learning Pathways: Develop and coordinate learning pathways along with supporting resources to address competency gaps.
- Coaching and Development: Conduct regular coaching and development sessions with allocated resources using relevant continuous professional development (CPD) pathways.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular 121s with allocated resources, including annual performance reviews, and provide ad-hoc pastoral care as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our People Practice team, Resource & Planning Manager, Department Heads, and Senior Leadership to ensure competency initiatives support business objectives.
- Development Planning: Collaborate with managers to create individual development plans based on assessment outcomes.
