We are seeking a T&C Manager to join Clayton Davies, a growing wealth management firm. This role will oversee the training and competence of financial planners within the group, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relevant T&C processes for supervisors and attaining competence for all certified staff, providing guidance where necessary.
  • Develop and implement an induction programme for new advisors, including the sign-off process.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify training and development requirements, arrange relevant training/CPD sessions, and deliver them as needed.

Required Experience:

  • Possession of the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
  • Significant prior experience in a T&C role, specifically within Financial Advice.
