At Clayton Davies, we are seeking a skilled Training and Competence Manager to oversee the training and competence of financial planners within our group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement relevant training and competence processes for supervisors and attaining competence process for all certified staff, providing guidance and support where necessary.
  • Design and manage the induction programme for new advisors, including the sign off process.
  • Manage the training and development requirements throughout the business and consult with colleagues to arrange relevant training sessions, delivering them where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) or equivalent.
  • Significant prior experience in a training and competence role, specifically within Financial Advice.
