Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and confident financial services professional to join our Client Delivery Projects team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of financial services administration experience and a strong understanding of wealth management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate, check, and validate data required for client contact initiatives.
- Ensure all records and databases are accurate and up-to-date at all times.
- Provide data and insights for management information and reporting, meeting set deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of financial services administration experience.
- Previous experience within financial advisory or wealth management.
- Confidence in using industry back-office systems such as Xplan to analyze and report on data.
- Ability to demonstrate behaviors in line with Succession's Vision and Values: Client Focus, Long-term and Sustainable, Integrity, Efficiency, Nimble, and Teamwork.
