Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Administrator to join our team in a hybrid working role. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Financial Planners and Investment Managers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular communication and support.
  • Liaise with operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective client strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in the financial services industry.
  • Ambition to build a career within a financial services firm, with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Strong ethic of client service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Knowledge of financial products is desirable.
