HR Coordinator - Leatherhead

Beaverbrook is seeking a proactive Accommodation and HR Coordinator to manage employee accommodation, support recruitment efforts, and provide HR assistance. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee accommodation, including room allocation, check-ins/outs, and handling queries.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks such as reviewing applications, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and advertising roles.
  • Support employee relations by advising managers on performance, absence, and other people-related issues, while managing HR documentation.
  • Support local career fairs and ensure timely processing of recruitment outcomes.
  • Handle monthly payroll for accommodation and maintain excellent communication with residents.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent; ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified.
  • Confident in decision-making and dealing with confidential matters.
  • Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding during difficult conversations.
  • Build rapport and trust with line managers.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR/Recruitment role.
