Pure Staff Ltd is excited to present an excellent opportunity for dedicated and dependable Telemarketers to engage with our esteemed client. This organization focuses on the distribution of automotive components for various clients in the automotive sector.

Having established a strong partnership with this client, Pure Staff Ltd has a proven track record of providing reliable candidates with opportunities for permanent employment. While we cannot guarantee permanent positions, many candidates have successfully transitioned to long-term roles after their temporary contracts.

Compensation: Competitive pay rate per hour

Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities of the Telemarketer:

  • Ensure all order deadlines are met as instructed by the Line Manager
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
  • Promote products and services to clients
  • Inform customers about current promotions and offers
  • Upsell products to existing customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current clientele
  • Assist new customers with orders and inquiries regarding automotive parts
  • Maintain accuracy in invoicing and estimates
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and operational efficiency
  • Adhere to all deadlines set by the Line Manager and company protocols

Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling and distributing back-order information to relevant customers and staff on a daily basis.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a sales-oriented role
  • Familiarity with automotive parts distribution or logistics
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with database software, Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications
