The Hazelwell Care Home is seeking to recruit a Supportive Care Provider (Dayshift).

Located in a picturesque area, our exceptional 55-bed care facility delivers outstanding Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care services.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Supportive Care Provider, your primary duty will be to deliver personal assistance to each resident, addressing their individual needs by recognizing and facilitating their personal requirements.

Contract Details:

  • Hourly Rate: £11.44
  • Contracted Hours: 48 hours per week (Paid breaks included)
  • Pension Scheme
  • Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks (Based on a full-time contract)
  • DBS Check Required
  • Onsite Parking Available
  • Uniform Provided

Qualifications:

We ideally prefer our Supportive Care Providers to possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. However, we understand that you may not have the necessary experience or qualifications, so we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a genuine passion for working with the elderly.
