About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Upton Grange in the Wirral. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care, assisting during mealtimes, and providing sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of our residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Support residents with their medication and healthcare needs
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support
