Job Title: Care Worker - Complex Needs

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Nurse-led team in Birkenhead & Wirral. As a Care Worker, you will provide care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy, peg feeding, ventilator support, mobility support, personal care, and bowel management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the Nurse-led team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Participate in comprehensive clinical training and induction programme
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care work
  • DBS/PVG check and references
  • Right to work in the UK
