Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Nurse-led team to provide care to our clients in and around the Birkenhead & Wirral areas.

About the Role:

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be providing care and support to clients whose individual needs include tracheostomy, peg feeding, ventilator support, mobility support, personal care, and bowel management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with the Nurse-led team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participating in comprehensive clinical training and induction programme to develop specific skills
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve care goals

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care work
