Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

  • No prior experience in social care is necessary, as full training will be provided
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion and empathy for clients
  • Ability to learn new skills and develop knowledge
