About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Care Support Worker to join our team at Anchor. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing dignified personal care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with meals and snacks, ensuring they receive the nutrition and hydration they need.
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs, using equipment such as hoists and wheelchairs as necessary.
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and a sense of community.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive and person-centered care.
