Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Ridgewood Court Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, supporting them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment, ensuring the well-being of residents and staff.
  • Participate in leisure and social activities, promoting the physical and emotional well-being of residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring that their needs are met and their voices are heard.
