The Role of a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant at We Care Group, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and person-centred care to our residents. You will assist with daily living activities, promote their independence, and ensure their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide support with meals and snacks, ensuring residents are nourished and hydrated.
- Encourage social interaction and engagement in activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
Desired Criteria
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
Required Criteria
- Right to Work in the UK.
- A genuine passion for working with vulnerable adults and providing compassionate care.
