Job Summary

We are seeking caring and compassionate Home Care Assistants to support clients in our Wirral and surrounding areas. This role involves providing personal care, supporting clients with mobility and transfers, administering and documenting medication, and documenting care activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Administering and documenting medication
  • Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams
