Overview: The Corporate Portfolio Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Client Services, is essential for overseeing a significant client portfolio. This role involves the meticulous management and organization of a diverse range of managed properties. Candidates must possess substantial experience in property management and hold CePAP and/or ARLA qualifications. You will be adept at handling various scenarios, addressing team inquiries, and liaising directly with clients. We seek a committed 'property professional' who excels in delivering efficient operations, exceptional client service, and maintaining high standards of professionalism in managing this crucial corporate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for managing and resolving queries from key clients.
Provide expert guidance on relevant legislative implications to clients.
Maintain a comprehensive register of contractors, ensuring all have the necessary qualifications and accreditations.
Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely execution of works and renewals.
Evaluate contractor work quality and manage invoice follow-ups.
Monitor workloads to meet deadlines and maintain service standards.
Assist with complex cases and tenancies, advising clients, tenants, and long leaseholders on available options.
Conduct site visits as required across the nation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle.
Proven experience in Portfolio Management with knowledge of the Section 20 process.
Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities.
Team-oriented with the capacity to remain composed under pressure.
Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities.
Outstanding planning and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and respect for processes, ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
Proficient administrative and IT skills.
