Key Responsibilities

The Property Care Specialist will ensure that the shared areas of our properties, vacant homes, and outdoor spaces are maintained to reflect our commitment to providing exceptional living environments for our residents.

This role involves collaboration within a team of two, with standard working hours typically from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 37 hours per week.

Main Duties include:

  • Regular cleaning of communal spaces to ensure they are hygienic, tidy, and presentable.
  • Emptying litter bins, removing fly-tipped waste, and managing green waste (weeds/fallen leaves) as necessary.
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing locks.
  • Identifying and reporting necessary repairs.
  • Addressing any Health and Safety issues and collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for our residents.

About You

The role of Property Care Specialist presents an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a dynamic and expanding organization like Curo, starting at an entry-level position where a fulfilling career can be developed. This role is ideal for someone capable of delivering high-quality cleaning services and basic maintenance tasks, preferably in a customer-facing context. Essential Requirements

Candidates must possess a full, clean driving license as driving one of our vehicles will be necessary.
