Curo Group, a prominent housing association, is in search of a committed individual to fulfill the role of Property Care Specialist.
This position will encompass responsibilities across various properties and estates, necessitating a full clean driving license (please indicate this in your application).
Key Responsibilities:
The Property Care Specialist will ensure that the shared areas of our properties, vacant homes, and outdoor spaces are maintained to reflect our commitment to providing exceptional living environments for our residents.
This role involves collaboration within a team, with standard working hours from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 37 hours per week.
Main Duties Include:
- Regular cleaning of communal spaces to ensure they are hygienic, tidy, and presentable.
- Managing litter bins, clearing fly-tipped waste, and maintaining green areas (weeds and fallen leaves) as needed.
- Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and repairing locks.
- Identifying and reporting necessary repairs.
- Addressing Health and Safety concerns and collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for our residents.
