Position Overview:

Curo Group (Albion) Limited is on the lookout for a committed individual to fill the role of Property Care Specialist. This position is essential for maintaining the quality and cleanliness of our residential properties and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular cleaning of shared spaces to ensure they are hygienic and visually appealing.
  • Manage waste disposal, including the clearance of litter and organic debris.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing locks.
  • Identify and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Address Health and Safety issues and collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate for the Property Care Specialist role will have a strong background in providing high-quality cleaning and basic maintenance services, preferably in a customer-oriented environment. You should be capable of making quick, informed decisions and be comfortable using mobile technology.

A full, clean driving license is required, as driving company vehicles will be part of your responsibilities.
