Curo Group (Albion) Limited, a prominent housing organization, is in search of a committed individual to fulfill the role of Property Care Specialist.

This position will encompass our properties and estates, thus it is essential to possess a full clean driving license (please indicate this in your application).

Responsibilities

The Property Care Specialist will ensure that the shared areas of our properties, vacant homes, and outdoor spaces are maintained to reflect our commitment to providing excellent living environments for our residents.

This role involves collaboration within a team of two, with standard working hours typically from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 37 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Regular cleaning of communal areas to maintain a hygienic, clean, and presentable environment.
  • Clearing litter bins, removing fly-tipped waste, and managing green waste (weeds/fallen leaves) as necessary.
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and repairing locks.
  • Identifying and reporting necessary repairs.
  • Communicating any Health and Safety issues and collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for our residents.
