We're seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Lettings Consultant to work in our hub of branches in Bath. Andrews Property Group is a unique estate agent in the UK owned by a charitable trust, we have donated over £10m in agency profits to charities and social enterprises around the world.
The main purpose of the role is to conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree on lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion. Key responsibilities include:
- Booking property viewings and registering applicants
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
- Giving directives to the lettings team to lead them to branch targets
- Building strong relationships with local property owners
Previous lettings experience would be desirable but not a must. Our fantastic benefits package includes:
