Overview: The Corporate Portfolio Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Client Services, is essential for overseeing a significant client portfolio. This role involves managing the upkeep and organization of a diverse range of managed properties. A strong background in property management is crucial, alongside holding CePAP and/or ARLA qualifications. The ideal candidate will be adept at addressing queries, collaborating with the team, and maintaining direct communication with clients. A commitment to delivering exceptional service and professionalism is vital for the effective management of this important corporate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for resolving queries from key clients.
Provide expert guidance on relevant legislative matters.
Maintain a comprehensive register of contractors, ensuring all necessary qualifications and accreditations are met.
Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely execution of works and renewals.
Evaluate contractor performance and manage invoice follow-ups.
Monitor workloads to meet deadlines and uphold service standards.
Assist with complex cases and advise clients, tenants, and long leaseholders on available options.
Conduct site visits as required across the nation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Full UK Driving License and access to a personal vehicle.
Proven experience in Portfolio Management with knowledge of Section 20 processes.
Strong customer service aptitude and effective communication skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities.
Outstanding planning and organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and respect for processes.
Proficient administrative and IT skills.
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
