Exciting Opportunity for a Property Management Professional

The Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they meet high standards of maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with reliable contractors to ensure timely completion.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage rent collection and ensure timely payment, handling any arrears in a professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with property laws and regulations, ensuring all properties comply with relevant standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports on property management activities, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management or residential lettings, particularly with residential properties.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with property management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes and developments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
