Job Summary:

Mitchell Adam is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, including variance analysis and budgeting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Design and implement financial reporting and analytics tools to enhance business insights
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a PE-backed business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis tools, including Power BI and D365
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business drivers and identify areas for improvement
