**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing reporting solutions that drive business strategy and decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop unique performance indicators and metrics to measure business performance across multiple areas of the Group.
  • Collaborate with our Data & Analytics team to create and compile analysis information into reports, dashboards, and other visualizations for distribution to management.
  • Communicate complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders, including executive management and other departments.
  • Provide detailed commentary on the company's financial performance, highlighting areas of strength and weakness.
  • Work closely with our Data & Analytics team to turn business requirements into reporting pipelines.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and Power Query.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and data governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for formatting and visual design.
  • Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex business problems.
