Property Management Lead Opportunity

Are you an experienced Property Management Lead with a strong background in real estate operations and strategic insight? We present a unique opportunity for a Property Management Lead to oversee a varied portfolio of
350 residential and commercial properties.

Team Leadership:
In this role, you will guide a team of
3 Property Officers, each responsible for distinct property segments. Your leadership will foster teamwork and enhance overall performance.

Strategic Insight:
Utilize your strategic skills to optimize returns from our
commercial assets, which include retail and leisure facilities.

Financial Management:

Are you proficient with financial metrics? Your financial expertise will be essential as you oversee budgets, interpret financial reports, and make data-driven decisions.


Regulatory Knowledge:
A solid understanding of property legislation is vital. You will ensure compliance with current regulations, minimizing potential risks.

Permanent Position:
This is a

permanent role, providing stability and opportunities for professional development.

Flexible Work Arrangement:
Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with a blend of remote and in-office work.
