About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Surveys Sales Consultant. As a key member of our conveyancing panel management services, you will be responsible for effectively managing inbound survey leads and successfully converting them into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Log inbound leads onto our CRM system
- Liaise with customers on their survey requirements, providing technical advice and guidance when needed
- Supply customers with quotes and process payments through our WorldPay system
- Manage all administration associated with successful sales, including reporting on lead sources and revenues on a weekly basis
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- IT literacy and competence with Microsoft Office
- Understanding of customer service standards
- Knowledge of the domestic property surveys industry (desirable)
