Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to support the Head of Finance in the production of monthly management accounts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce management accounts for responsible units, including balance sheet preparation
  • Contribute to group consolidation accounts
  • Improve management accounts quality through continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare monthly Board packs for the business
  • Develop and manage cash flow forecasts
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to create and present management information to drive profitability
  • Support the Head of Finance with ad-hoc projects

As a Financial Management Specialist, you will also lead a team of two Accounts Assistants and be responsible for your own workload. In return, the company offers a great working environment with flexible working hours and a generous holiday entitlement.
