The Agility Resourcing team is seeking a skilled Financial Services Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be studying towards AAT, ACA, ACCA or equivalent experience and possess excellent timekeeping and management ability with the ability to prioritise workload to ensure all tasks are carried out on a daily basis and all deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the finance team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of financial services.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial services and achieve business objectives.
