Agility Resourcing is seeking a Financial Services Expert to join our team in Lancaster.

We are offering an estimated salary of £30,000 - £45,000 per annum.

The role involves working in a busy tax department providing a timely and quality service to individual and business clients.

The duties include:

  1. Completion of Self-Assessment returns and tax computations for final submission to HMRC.
  2. Advising clients on liabilities/repayments.
  3. Dealing directly with HMRC to resolve queries.

There will be opportunities to gain experience in payroll, preparing VAT returns and accounts, and company administration.

The ideal candidate should have some tax experience in practice, although full training will be given to include support in attaining the AAT or ATT qualification depending on current qualifications.

Good interpersonal and organisational skills plus the ability to work to strict deadlines are required.
