Financial Services Consultant

Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a skilled Loan Consultant II to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals to build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized loan solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building a customer base through sales, loan extension, and merchant referrals.
- Processing credit and employment verifications, recording information obtained, and making recommendations regarding loan approvals.
- Approving loans up to established lending limits, completing loan closings, and handling account activities related to collection accounts.
- Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and operating cash drawers.
To excel in this position, you should have:
- A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 2-4 years of experience in consumer finance or a related field.
- Cash handling, computer skills, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on individual performance and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for quarterly incentive compensation.
The ideal candidate will thrive in an office environment, demonstrating strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word applications.
