About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Executive to join our team at Landmark Information Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hit daily call targets, typically between 60-80 a day, to generate new leads and convert them into sales
  • Record and track call outcomes to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
  • Manage the chase cycle for unanswered calls to maximize conversion rates
  • Ensure all administration is accurately updated to reflect sales activity and progress
  • Report daily and weekly on converted leads to inform sales strategy and optimization

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly and easy tone, able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Previous experience in a telesales role is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • IT literate, particularly with the MS Office suite of products and ideally CRM systems
  • Excellent understanding of customer service standards and ability to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Actively seeking opportunities for personal development and growth within the company
  • Knowledge of the domestic property market would be an advantage
