About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Liaison to join our dynamic team in Lancaster. As a Business Development Liaison, you will play a crucial role in generating new clients and managing relationships within our thriving contact centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explaining our services and determining whether clients have a case.
- Securing permission for us to act on their behalf and collecting necessary documentation.
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth processes and meeting performance KPIs.
- Professionally communicating the process to clients and representing our business effectively.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary up to £22,000.
- A fantastic, uncapped commission structure with a realistic OTE of approximately £30,000.
- A supportive team environment with room for growth and opportunities for professional development.
