Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Insight Select Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the conveyancing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Gather leads and pass them onto the wider sales team to convert into new business opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Convert self-generated leads and maintain existing client relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Support the sales team in developing new sales strategies to target potential clients.
- Industry Events: Attend industry events and networking events to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Administration: Support the team with onboarding new clients and other general administration tasks.
- Sales Experience: Proven sales experience either face-to-face or telephone sales.
- Property Sector Knowledge: Sales experience in the property/real estate sector is desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to work to targets and KPIs.
- Resilience: Resilient personality and ability to perform under pressure.
- Location: Caton, Lancaster – hybrid working.
- Salary: £25,000 + £8,000 on target earnings.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.
- Benefits: Free parking and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
