Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Insight Select Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the conveyancing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Gather leads and pass them onto the wider sales team to convert into new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Convert self-generated leads and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy: Support the sales team in developing new sales strategies to target potential clients.
  • Industry Events: Attend industry events and networking events to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Administration: Support the team with onboarding new clients and other general administration tasks.
Essential Skills:
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience either face-to-face or telephone sales.
  • Property Sector Knowledge: Sales experience in the property/real estate sector is desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Target-Oriented: Ability to work to targets and KPIs.
  • Resilience: Resilient personality and ability to perform under pressure.
Package:
  • Location: Caton, Lancaster – hybrid working.
  • Salary: £25,000 + £8,000 on target earnings.
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.
  • Benefits: Free parking and 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
