Role Overview

In the capacity of Lead Engineering Operations Manager, you will oversee the Engineering department, ensuring optimal equipment upkeep and addressing breakdowns and scheduled maintenance promptly and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and nurturing a team of engineers across Mechanical, Electrical, and Engineering Planning sectors, fostering a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Managing costs effectively, including waste reduction, labor, engineering, and consumable expenses, while ensuring that the Spare Parts inventory enhances maintenance operations.
  • Overseeing and maximizing the use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Exploring innovative strategies to guarantee the efficient functioning of production machinery and enhance maintenance processes, including energy efficiency assessments and developing action plans based on obsolescence evaluations.
  • Implementing a Reliability-Centered Maintenance strategy, focusing on the planning, scheduling, and execution of the agreed Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM).
  • Supervising, validating, and managing the installation of new machinery.
  • Contributing as a member of the site management team to shape the future direction of the organization.
