As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operational delivery of high-quality, patient-focused services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective leadership and line management for all staff
- Coordinate work to improve services and drive forward an existing improvement agenda
- Lead the delivery of performance targets in the NHS plan to improve access to, and quality of patient services
- Liaise with various improvement programmes and develop, test, and implement new ways of working to improve patient services
- Develop and implement strategies to tackle staff shortages and increase job satisfaction
We operate from three main hospitals and a number of community healthcare premises, providing high-quality care, advice, and support to our patients. As a Clinical Director, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence service improvements to benefit our patients and staff.
Requirements- Current leadership and management experience in a clinical service
- Recent line management responsibility
- Degree in clinical specialty/management or equivalent experience
- Postgraduate management/leadership qualification or willingness to undertake a postgraduate certificate in management/leadership
- Attendance of the NHS Leading Empowered Organisations course
