Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the availability, performance, and change requests of our core applications
  • Manage our 3rd party vendor network to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Develop and implement a digital strategy in collaboration with our Head of IT
  • Lead a high-performing Infrastructure/IT team to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and career progression of our internal IT staff
  • Provide regular performance and business updates to high-level stakeholders
  • Maintain and update our IT policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with our Head of IT to develop a long-term roadmap for developing our internal applications
