Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer to play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency through the application of lean methodologies. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a highly autonomous environment and are passionate about driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement lean projects utilizing a variety of lean tools while providing coaching and mentoring to team members across various sectors.
  • Facilitate career advancement opportunities within the organization, including pathways to roles such as OPEX Leader, Project Manager, and Operations Leadership.
  • Foster a sustainable culture of lean management within the organization, supporting the medium-term goals of the continuous improvement journey.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in managing continuous improvement projects within manufacturing, engineering, or construction environments.
  • A graduate-level education, with a preference for candidates holding a Six Sigma Green Belt certification (this can be obtained post-hire).
Additional Information

This role requires regular travel, with opportunities for remote work. A valid UK Driving License is essential.

The compensation package includes a car allowance, an annual performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 7% employer pension contribution.
