About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee a team of experienced Quality Managers and be responsible for ensuring the company's products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Lead the quality team in conducting audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
Requirements
• Proven experience in a quality leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
