Quality Assurance Specialist

At Adecco, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality engineering and process control within our manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process audits to monitor compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and support focused improvement activities to reduce Cost of Quality and improve First Pass Yield (FPY).
- Prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for submission to the Factory Manager.
- Assist in reviewing and updating procedures and forms to support the Quality Management System.
- Facilitate customer complaint investigations and work with the supply chain on supplier corrective actions.
