Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (hybrid working)

Key Requirement:
Valid driving licence

As a Residential Services Coordinator, you will be instrumental in addressing the housing needs and welfare of residents in the surrounding areas.

Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to tenants concerning housing matters, rental obligations, and maintenance inquiries.

Property Evaluations:
Performing routine property evaluations to ensure adherence to safety regulations and to pinpoint any required repairs.

Community Collaboration:
Engaging with local communities, housing organizations, and other partners to improve the overall living conditions.

Documentation and Reporting:
Keeping precise records, generating reports, and contributing to housing-related initiatives.
Previous experience in property management or a similar sector is advantageous.
Familiarity with applicable housing laws and regulations is essential.
