Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for candidates who are: Resilient, compassionate, and attuned to the needs of autistic individuals. Ideal candidates will possess experience in management or supervisory roles within a social care environment. Being a Senior Support Worker requires strong leadership abilities, patience, and dedication. However, the rewards of working with autistic individuals are immeasurable.

To ensure the safety of our clients, all employees must undergo a criminal background check. An Enhanced DBS Check, either on the Update Service or completed within the last year, is preferred but not mandatory.

A valid driving license (minimum one year) is advantageous but not essential.
