The Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate targeted events, conferences, and industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.
  • Prepare presentations for events and advisors.
  • Manage the firm's online presence.
  • Drive traffic to the firm's web pages by implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, ensuring content is engaging and regularly updated.
  • Manage the submission process for business directories.
  • Oversee the coordination, editing, and distribution of both printed and digital newsletters and alerts.
  • Collaborate with external designers when necessary, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

The Candidate:

  • At least 1 year of marketing and events experience.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including experience with content management systems, social media platforms, digital tools, design software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Expertise in copywriting, proofreading, and presenting.
