About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Landmark Information Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for effectively managing inbound survey leads and successfully converting them into sales while managing the administration associated with the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Logging inbound leads onto our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Liaising with customers on their survey requirements and providing technical advice and guidance when required
- Supplying customers with quotes and taking payments from customers on our WorldPay system
- Processing all administration associated with successful sales
- Reporting on lead sources and revenues on a weekly basis
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- IT literacy and competence with Microsoft Office
- Possessing an understanding of customer service standards
- Knowledge of the domestic property surveys industry would be an advantage
- Being self-motivated and sales driven
