Position Overview: As the leader of the IFS ERP team, you will be responsible for steering the development and management of the IFS system.

Role Objective: In this pivotal role, you will manage the continuous operation of the IFS Cloud ERP. Your responsibilities will include translating business needs into IFS capabilities, recommending process enhancements, and designing modifications within the IFS Cloud ERP framework. You will work closely with various departments to ensure effective and efficient use of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise ERP operations to ensure optimal usage within the team.
  • Customize the IFS Cloud ERP to align with organizational requirements.
  • Evaluate system performance by collaborating with other departments.
  • Lead the ERP team in defining, planning, and executing updates and enhancements to the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Promote ongoing improvements to the IFS Cloud ERP.
  • Manage relationships with external hosting providers and integrators, and engage in IFS support communities.

Core Duties:

  • Collect business requirements and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Implement and refine processes as necessary.
  • Take charge of incidents, coordinate resolutions, and communicate effectively with impacted users.
  • Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies facilitate uninterrupted ERP operations.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business and customer needs to deliver effective IFS Cloud ERP solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships across teams for effective communication.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external suppliers for hosting and integration services.
  • Guide, support, and mentor ERP team members.

Support Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Data Team in generating reports.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate financial representation within the IFS ERP.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to the leadership team on ERP-related matters.

Required Qualifications / Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an IFS ERP Business Analyst or Development role.
  • Proficiency with IFS Cloud.

Essential Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in IFS Cloud.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives.
  • Resilient, proactive, and adaptable with a positive mindset suitable for a modern tech environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Up to £85,000.00 annually
