About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team at our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Purfleet, Essex. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated department within the warehouse, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and meeting performance targets. Your primary focus will be on managing site safety, quality of service, and operational efficiency, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily running of site operations, ensuring all targets are met without loss in performance to the business.
- Manage site safety and quality of service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
