Role Purpose: As a pivotal figure in the ERP team, you will manage the ongoing operations of the IFS Cloud ERP. Your role will involve translating business needs into IFS capabilities, recommending process improvements, and designing necessary modifications within the IFS Cloud ERP framework. Collaboration with various business units will be essential to ensure the effective and efficient use of the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise ERP operations and guarantee optimal utilization within the ERP team.
- Configure the IFS Cloud ERP to align with organizational requirements.
- Evaluate system performance by liaising with other departments.
- Lead the ERP team in defining, planning, scheduling, and implementing updates and enhancements to the ERP system, in line with business and customer needs.
- Promote continuous improvement of the IFS Cloud ERP.
- Manage relationships with external hosting providers and integrators, and engage in IFS support communities.
Duties:
- Collect business requirements and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Implement and refine processes as necessary.
- Take charge of incidents, coordinate resolutions, and communicate effectively with impacted users.
- Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies support ongoing ERP operations with minimal disruption.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business and customer needs to effectively deliver the IFS Cloud ERP.
- Establish strong relationships with various teams to facilitate effective inter-departmental communication.
- Build robust partnerships with external suppliers for hosting and integration.
- Guide, support, and nurture ERP team members.
Support:
- Assist the Data Team in generating reports.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting team to ensure accurate representation of the business's financial position within the IFS ERP.
- Serve as a senior advisor to the leadership team on ERP-related matters.
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an IFS ERP Business Analyst or Development role.
- Proficient in IFS Cloud.
Required Competencies:
- High proficiency in IFS Cloud.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives and projects.
- Resilient, determined, and proactive with a positive mindset, capable of thriving in a modern tech environment.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £85,000.00 per year
