About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Retail Manager to join our team at Flannels, a leading luxury retailer in the UK. As a Senior Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading a large team of managers in our flagship store in Leeds, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain store operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and store performance to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and store operations
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior retail management role, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
  • Knowledge of luxury retail, including brand relationships, customer behavior, and market trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines
